Terms and Conditions for Athens Locals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Athens Locals (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “Participant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are binding upon booking, purchase, or participation in any service operated by us.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made online through our website or via email.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking or in-person at the time of the service provided.

2.3. Payment confirms your place on the activity.

2.4. By booking, Athens Locals is entitled to send customers a review form after the service is provided.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Customers can cancel whenever before the activity’s starting time for a full refund.

3.2. The amount refunded will exclude the booking card fee.

3.3. We reserve the right to cancel city walks due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.

3.4. We kindly request that you make bookings only when you are certain of your attendance. Due to the nature of our tours and the limited availability, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can adversely impact our operations and prevent others from enjoying the experience.

4. Participation and Conduct

4.1. Participants must follow the instructions of the leader at all times.

4.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the activity for disruptive or dangerous behavior without a refund.

4.3. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

4.4. The activity involves walking, so appropriate footwear and physical fitness are required.

5. Liability

5.1. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, or loss of property during the tour.

5.2. Participants are advised to have personal insurance to cover any potential injuries or losses.

5.3. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to delays or changes in the tour caused by external factors.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Complaints and Feedback

7.1. Any complaints or feedback should be directed to our customer service team as soon as possible. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
